Subscribe Portal User Roles and Access

During the Subscribe implementation phase, designate authorized users that can access the Subscribe Portal. One of these users must be named a Super User, who has high-level administrator access to all the objects.

The following user roles are available as part of the Subscribe Merchant Portal:

Business Manager: Responsible for managing and defining the merchant offering including access to create the product catalog. Additionally, the user can view financial data and customer data in order to have a full understanding of customer needs.
Business User: This user has access to view details regarding the merchant offering and financial data and performance.
Customer Service Representative: This user interacts directly with the customers and handles customer data. The user can access and edit information regarding the customer account, subscription and billing details. The user can view the product catalog items but not edit them.
Customer Service Manager: This user supervises the Customer Service Representatives and therefore has access to all the Customer Service Representative permissions. Additionally, the user can also create and edit chargebacks. The user can view the product catalog items but not edit them.
Super User: The high-level administrator of the merchant account. This user has access to all the areas in the Portal. Additionally, this user is responsible for managing the merchant's users using Vindicia's IDP Console.
Exception Analyst: This user handles supporting data and may investigate issues and trends.Therefore the user can access and edit customer accounts, transactions and chargebacks. The user can view the product catalog items but not edit them.
