Viewing Account Info
- Accounts hold all the customer data regardless of where it was created. They serve as a central place to view all the customer data.
- To locate a specific Account, go to Billing > Accounts.The Account Filter page appears.
- Do one of the following:
- For a new session: search according to relevant data in the key search fields, displayed with a light blue background. At least one key search field (with a blue background) must be used in order to search. Click Apply.
- For a session in which you've previously searched: click Change Query and search according to relevant data in the key search fields, displayed with a light blue background. At least one key search field (with a blue background) must be used in order to search. Click Apply.
A list of the results appearsNote:- The Accounts page displays the 500 most recent results. To view more results, run the Account Entitlement Detail Report in Subscribe Reports located under the Insights menu.
- If the search returns only one result, the details page opens immediately.
- Some details may appear in several accounts such as a phone number or email that may appear in a parent and child account.
- To view the account page, click the Account listing ID
field. The specific account page appears.
- View and understand the account data. Refer to the tables below for guidance regarding the fields.
- For an existing Account, you can apply a currency credit to the Account by clicking the Grant Credit button that appears in the Actions panel and filling in the relevant details.
- For an existing Account, you can add a child to the Account by clicking the Add Child button that appears in the Actions panel.
- For an Existing Account, you can set up a new Subscription for the Account by clicking the New Subscription button that appears in the Actions panel and filling in the relevant details..
