Viewing Subscription Info
- A subscription holds the customer's recurring purchase. Subscriptions generate and submit transactions to payment processors, and the resulting transactions, related amounts, status, currencies, and other data are displayed in the transaction, chargeback, and account views to which they apply.
- To locate a specific Subscription, go to Billing > Subscriptions.The Subscription Query Filter appears..
- Do one of the following:
- For a new session: search according to relevant data in the key search fields, displayed with a light blue background. At least one key search field (with a blue background) must be used in order to search. Click Apply.
- For a session in which you've previously searched, click the Change Query button and search according to relevant data in the key search fields, displayed with a light blue background. At least one key search field (with a blue background) must be used in order to search. Click Apply.
A list of relevant subscriptions appears.Note: If there is only one result, the details page opens immediately. - To view the relevant subscription page from the list, click the Subscription
ID field. The specific subscription page appears.
- View and understand the subscription data. Refer to the tables below for guidance regarding the fields.
- Edit a Subscription by clicking the Edit button on the
Actions panel. When editing a live Subscription and
amending the active item, click the Modify Active Item button
to change.
- When you are done, click Update.The Subscription is updated accordingly.Note: You can return and continue editing the saved Subscription at any time.
- You can apply a payment to the Subscription by clicking the Make Payment button that appears in the Actions panel.
- You can apply a currency credit to the subscription by clicking the Grant Credit button that appears in the Actions panel and filling in the relevant details.
- You can pause the Subscription by clicking the Pause Subscription button that appears in the
Actions panel.The paused Subscription no longer actively grants service or is billed. If no other action is taken upon the Subscription (resume is not performed), it will remain paused for 5 years, and then automatically move to canceled status.Note: You can also cancel a paused Subscription by clicking the Cancel Subscription button in the Actions panel.
- For a paused Subscription, resume the Subscription by clicking the Resume Subscription
button that appears in the Actions panel. While resuming a Subscription, you can decide whether to keep the previously used billing date (default) or make the current date the new subscription billing date.This action resets the subscription state to Active.
- Cancel the Subscription at any time, by clicking Cancel Subscription button that appears in the Actions panel. Select the cancel method appropriate to the Subscription.
