Subscribe Subscription Intelligence Dashboard

Subscribe Dashboard provides an encompassing display of your business metrics and most important KPI's. It lets you monitor your crucial subscription data at a glance. It provides the data you need and does so in a graphical display, making it easy for you to understand and digest the insights and then act accordingly. The dashboard provides you the power of What and lets you dive deeper to also learn Why. This is actionable intelligence that will steer you in your strategic business decisions.

Data is first displayed in a summarized format. For a deeper dive into the data and it's meaning, a drill-down option is provided for a more detailed look.

Note: The dashboard is available only in Production and only to Subscribe Merchants.

Dashboard data is updated up to 3 days prior to current date and gets updated daily. The data is presented in US Dollars based on daily currency conversions.

The following data tabs are available:

  • Master Portal Tab provides the high-level view of your business performance and lets you drill-down for more data in each of the relevant areas. It includes
    • General Metrics such as MRR, ARPU, and last twelve months Revenue
    • Total Monthly Revenue graphs per month and a comparison of revenue trends for one, three, six months and one year. Drill-down to Revenue Insights for more details.
    • Active Subscriptions by Renewal Periods. Drill-down to Subscriber Insights for more details.
    • Subscription Churn Rate (in the last 12 months) and Monthly Subscription sign-ups vs. attrition variance. Drill-down to Retention Insights for more details
  • Revenue Insights provides more detailed info about your business revenue such as daily revenue trends, breakup of the revenue by the different renewal frequencies, and monthly capture and retry rates.
  • Subscriber Insights provides more detailed info about the customers and users such as when did most users subscribe in the last year, the health of the subscriptions and how many are at risk, and the percentage of subscriptions by renewal periods.
  • Retention Insights provides more detailed info about lost subscription trends and why there are being lost whether active, passive or expiry churn.
  • Revenue by Product provides insights on how much revenue different products generate each month.
  • Chargeback Analysis provides insights on the chargeback rates relative to the transactions processed by Vindicia, the chargeback distribution reasons, and their status. Data will be displayed only for merchants that have a chargeback feed configured.
  • Chargeback Details List displays a list of the Chargeback reason codes by categories.

Working with the Dashboard

Drill down - The blue arrow icons indicate that a deeper dive into the data is available for a more detailed view. Click them to move to a drill down tab such as the Revenue, Subscriber, and Retention Insight pages. Use the back pointing arrow icon to return to the Master Portal Tab.
