Subscribe Reports
Subscribe Reports are a vital tool in tracking your business results, providing insight for subscription performance, conversion rate and helping you settle your payments with payment providers.
Subscribe provides a reporting interface that allows you to create either one-time on demand reports or recurring scheduled reports. All reports are available as CSV files, and can be viewed in a spreadsheet application.
Use recurring reports to create a report schedule on an ongoing basis (weekly, monthly, quarterly). Alternatively, you can schedule reports that require significant processing time, to run during your off-hours.
Subscribe lets you generate most of the reports from its two reporting data engines:
| Reports 1.0 data engine | Provides the data you need in the reports up to near real-time. Reports data is displayed in UTC time zone. Reports 1.0 lets you select which display columns to include in the report. Report generation is slow and typically lasts several hours. |
| Reports 2.0 data engine (default) | Supports 20 most commonly used Subscribe reports. Reports 2.0 operates in UTC time
zone. You can select which time zone to use for the report data display.
Reports display all the available columns. Data is available for the
prior two years and up to the previous day according to UTC time. Report
generation is quicker as data is prepared ahead of time, once a day.

The Run Reports page allows you to:
- Select the reports you want to see.
- Select the data engine with which to generate the report
- Define how you want to see them.
- Define email notification when the reports are ready.
- Run them as one time or scheduled recurring reports.

The report's display columns order is machine-generated and may therefore change without prior notice.
Access your completed reports from the My Reports page or through your SFTP library. Toggle between One Time and Recurring to find the relevant report. If you entered an email address for notification, Vindicia will notify you once your report is ready.
The My Reports page allows you to:
- Download the CSV and view the report
- Delete the report
- Stop the report schedule
- Delete the report schedule
- Modify email settings for the scheduled recurring report
- Modify SFTP settings for the scheduled recurring report
