Invoice Aging by Invoice Date

The Invoice Aging reports list outstanding invoices and their current age—an invoice begins to age upon its Invoice Date, and stops aging when it is paid or written off. Use this report to get a record of accounts receivable aging calculated between run time and the invoice dates of invoices with outstanding balances

This report lists accounts alphabetically by currency type, and provide subtotals for each currency group.

To generate a one time report:

  1. Enter the relevant date range.
  2. Optional. Enter an Email address where you'd like to receive notifications when the report is available. A single email address can be entered.
  3. Expand Display Columns and select the columns you would like to include in the report. See the list of columns in table below.
  4. Click Submit. View the report in the My Reports page.

To generate a recurring report:

  1. Toggle Recurring toggle to Yes.
  2. Select a date for the first reporting period. The same date format will be used for future scheduled reports
    Note: Reports display data occurring starting from the defined date. For example, a monthly report starting on March 1st displays data for the month of March up to March 31st.
  3. Select the report's Frequency. Choose between Weekly, Monthly or Quarterly.
  4. Optional. Enter an Email address where you'd like to receive notifications when the report is available. A single email address can be entered.
  5. Optional. If you want to receive the report uploaded to an SFTP Server, enable this option and provide the required details.
    Note: An email notification is sent if there is an issue in generating or downloading the report on the specified SFTP Server.
  6. Optional. Expand Display Columns and select the columns you would like to include in the report. See the list of columns in table below.
  7. Click Submit. View the report in the My Reports page.

Display Columns

FieldDescription
Invoice IDThe unique, Subscribe generated ID for the Invoice.
InvoicedOriginal Invoice Date. This date reflects the invoice offset from the due date, as defined in your Subscribe system.
Due DateThe original due date for the Subscription, based on the original invoice date plus the terms of service—for example, if the original invoice date is 5/4/2016 and the terms are 15 days, the due date would be 5/19/2016.
AccountThe customer associated with the Subscription.
Subscription SequenceThe longevity of the the account—a 3 in this column, for example, would indicate that the subscription has been billed three times since its creation.
Billing AttemptsThe number of attempts to bill on this invoice
Less than 30 DaysThe amount due for the Invoice.
30 DaysThe amount overdue by 30 to 60 days.
60 DaysThe amount overdue by 60 to 89 days.
90 DaysThe amount overdue by 90 to 119 days.
120 DaysThe amount overdue by 120 to 179 days.
180 DaysThe amount overdue by 180 or more days.
Currency CodeCurrency type for this account. Currency Code is mandatory for the HTML version of this report but optional in the CSV report.
Subscription IDThe unique Identifier of the subscription.
Account IDThe customer's Account ID as appears in the Merchant's system
Subscription StatusThe status of the subscription.
Subscription Reason Code (AutoBill Reason Code)The reason provided for cancelling the subscription.
