Accounts Reports

Accounts Reports are reports that provide data about your customers, outside of the transactions and subscriptions they hold.

The Name and Description is listed for each report in the section.

To run a report:

1. You can select the data engine with which to generate the report - either select Reports 1.0 checkbox or use the default Reports 2.0.
   Note: If Reports 1.0 is the default data engine, the checkbox is pre-selected and cannot be removed.
2. Simply click the name of the report or click the Run button to the right.

The following Reports are part of the Accounts Reports:

• Account Entitlement Detail Report
• Email Notification Detail Report
• Outstanding Credits Report
• Event History Report
