Chargeback Reports

Chargebacks are a necessary evil in the credit card processing world. Subscribe helps you understand your chargebacks, deal with them and fight those that make sense to fight but also make sure you don't have repeat offenders. The Chargeback report section provides reports to help you manage your chargebacks and reduce their occurrence.

The Name and Description is listed for each report in the section.

To run a report:

1. You can select the data engine with which to generate the report - either select Reports 1.0 checkbox or use the default Reports 2.0.
   Note: If Reports 1.0 is the default data engine, the checkbox is pre-selected and cannot be removed.
2. Simply click the name of the report or click the Run button to the right.

• Transaction Date to Chargeback Received
• Transaction Days Elapsed
• Chargeback Payment Method Analysis
