Performance Reports

Performance Reports are information about the health of your business from a billing standpoint. Tracking signups, conversions, churn and other key performance metrics around your business.

The Name and Description is listed for each report in the section.

To run a report:

1. You can select the data engine with which to generate the report - either select Reports 1.0 checkbox or use the default Reports 2.0.
   Note: If Reports 1.0 is the default data engine, the checkbox is pre-selected and cannot be removed.
2. Simply click the name of the report or click the Run button to the right.

The following Reports are part of the Performance Reports:

• Churn Report
• Trial Performance Report
• Renewal Performance Report
• Decline Recovery Report
