Transaction Reports
The Transaction Reports section includes reports related to transactional activity, either one-time or recurring. Each report in this section displays information about the actual transactions that are captured by Subscribe.
The Name and Description is listed for each report in the section.
To run a report:
- You can select the data engine with which to generate the report - either select Reports 1.0
checkbox or use the default Reports 2.0. Note: If Reports 1.0 is the default data engine, the checkbox is pre-selected and cannot be removed.
- Simply click the name of the report or click the Run button to the right.
Note: For Reports 2.0,Subscriptions cancelled more than two years prior to the report being
run will not appear in the reports and their transactions will not be
included.
