Event History
This report lists all Rated Unit Events by Account, Subscription, Product and Rate Plan, received during the selected time period.
This report can be generated using Reports 1.0 or Reports 2.0 data engine.
Reports 1.0 data engine | Provides the data you need in the reports up to near real-time. Reports data is displayed in UTC time zone. Reports 1.0 lets you select which display columns to include in the report. Report generation is slow and typically lasts several hours. |
Reports 2.0 data engine (default) | Supports 20 most commonly used Subscribe reports. Reports 2.0 operates in UTC time
zone. You can select which time zone to use for the report data display.
Reports display all the available columns. Data is available for the
prior two years and up to the previous day according to UTC time. Report
generation is quicker as data is prepared ahead of time, once a day.

To generate a one time report:
- Enter the date range
- Optional. Enter an Email address where you'd like to receive notifications when the report is available. A single email address can be entered.
- For Reports 2.0, select the relevant Time Zone for
data range selection and display. Data is available for the previous day at
13:00 UTC time. Note: A notification error message appears when attempting to run reports for which data is not yet available. The report can be submitted and includes data up to the available time.
- Optional. Enter Additional Filters for the report:
- Select the Account ID as a filter for the report.
- Select the Subscription as a filter for the report.
- Select the Product ID as a filter for the report.
- Select a Rate Plan ID as a filter for the report.
- For Reports 1.0, select the Display Columns you'd like to include in the report.
- Click Submit.

Display Columns
Note: The report's display columns order is machine-generated and may therefore
change without prior notice.
Field | Description |

Event ID | Your unique ID for the Event. (Each Event ID must be unique. If omitted when defining the Event, Subscribe will automatically populate this field.) |
Event Date | The date/time that the Event was (or will be) considered billable. (By default, this field is populated with the date/time from the Date Received field. Enter a different date if necessary.) |
Date Received | A read-only field which lists the date/time that Subscribe received the Event. |
Account ID | The customer's Account ID associated with the Event. |
Account Name | The customer Name associated with the Event. |
Description | A description of the Event. |
Amount | The number of Rated Units (as defined by the Rate Plan) used by this Event . |
Rated Unit Name | The Name for the Rated Unit, as defined in the Rate Plan. |
Billing Status |
A read-only field, which describes whether the Event has been billed, and which may be one of two values: Billed: the Event has been included in a Billing Statement. Unbilled: the Event has not yet been included in a Billing Statement. |
Rate Plan | The Rate Plan for which the Event is recorded. |
Product | The Product for which the Event is recorded. |
Product ID | The ID of the Product for which the Event is recorded. |
Subscription ID | The ID of the Subscription for which the Event is recorded. |
